At FloofyPups, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read the details below to understand our shipping process.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment is received.
Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.
During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer — we’ll always notify you of any delays.
2. Shipping Times & Methods
We offer standard and/or express delivery options depending on your location.
Estimated delivery times:
Domestic: 2–21 business days
International: 2–28 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., customs delays, postal service disruptions).
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
Once your order is marked as "delivered" by the courier, FloofyPups is no longer liable for lost or missing packages. We recommend tracking your shipment closely and arranging a safe delivery location if you won't be home.
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please:
Check with neighbors or household members
Look around your property (porches, side doors, mailrooms, etc.)
Contact the courier directly to open a claim or investigation
While we're unable to issue refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered, we're always happy to help you navigate the process with your courier. Please reach out if you need tracking details or courier contact information.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can assist you.
If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate.
