Simply send us an email at support@floofypups.com within 30 days of your order date, and our friendly customer support team will guide you through the next steps.
3. Send it back in original condition.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original packaging, unmarked & undamaged.
4. Ship it to our returns address.
Once our team provides you with the return address, just send the item back.
5. Receive your refund.
As soon as we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process a refund for the product cost to your original payment method.
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing after the return is received.
Please note: Under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, if your order included free shipping, we are unable to compensate you for the return postage fee to send your goods back.
